📝 Return & Exchange Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must:

Note: Due to hygiene and health regulations, we cannot accept used or opened items unless they are damaged or defective.
📦 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Simply email our support team at support@getnailhero.com with the following:

The reason for your return or exchange

Photos if the item arrived damaged or defective
We’ll provide clear instructions and the return address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
💵 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
♻️ Exchanges
Want to exchange for the same item or a replacement? Let us know in your email. We’ll ship your replacement free of charge once the original is returned.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — we’re truly sorry. Please email us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right immediately.
